For most CASSESE Underpinners

This LION device makes Cassese and later Pro-Turner underpinners easier to use.

It features a circular magnet, to which clings an L-shaped steel pressure pad, faced with hard felt.
The assembly slides into place, replacing the moulded plastic pad. Once in place, the L-shaped pad is easily positioned to exactly suit the profile of the moulding.

The depth of the pad allows it to settle into the shaped profile of most spoon mouldings.

The ALPHA 1/M Super is quickly adjustable for different widths and heights of mouldings.

The top pressure pad is L-shaped steel with a hard felt pad, held in place magnetically to allow you to adjust it to the ideal position relative to the moulding profile. It has a horizontal rebate clamp to pull the moulding firmly whilst it is being joined.

It uses Alfagraf PTM 'Power-Twist' wedges which draw the mouldings together as they are inserted.

The insertion hammer is solid steel and is guaranteed for two years.

The Alpha 1/M Super takes mouldings from 6mm to 80mm wide. The working surface is 1000mm from the floor. Support wings for moulding are available at extra cost (Part no. 3844). It comes with inter-changeable blocks for 7mm, 10mm and 15mm wedges.

Blocks for 5mm and 12mm wedges are available at extra cost.
