Base has small sharp pins underneath, to locate it on a centring cross you draw on the mountboard. The oval size differential setting is locked with a thumb screw.

The 3-Step carries the cutting blade on a pivoted head with a little lever, supported on a small wheel.

You click the blade down one notch, and cut one turn. Then another notch and another turn and so on.

Scales are metric and imperial. Uses '324' blades (Part no's. 3920 & 1749).

Ovals: 75mm x 115mm / 3" x 4½" to 508mm x 585mm / 20" x 23".
Circles: 110mm / 4½" to 508mm / 20" dia.

The Fletcher F-T 1100 is made in the USA. The cutting head and tracking mechanism are masterpieces of precision engineering.

The centring scale along the T-bar is used to establish the centre line of the mount. Board edge is quickly clamped firmly under the T-bar, and the measuring stops make positioning of the board very quick.

Cut as close as 12mm / ½" to the top edge of the board. Cuts ovals 25mm x 40mm / 1" x 1½" up to 460mm x 610mm / 18" x 24". Maximum differential is 6" / 150mm.

'Gantry' design makes it easy to cut several openings side-by-side in a strip.

The glass cutting head has spring loading for perfect pressure.

Comes with vertical cutting head, 10 blades, T-C glass wheel, dust cover, instruction manual & video.

Uses F-T M-1100 blades.

Oval base is located by pins onto cross marks drawn on the mountboard. Easy adjustment from circles to ovals with a maximum oval differential of 75mm / 3".

The M-1100 blade (Part no's. 2754 & 2974), to the Dexter 3 shape, is guided by a tracking guide wheel, and is raised and lowered into the cut with a finger lever. Start/stop marks are minimised by the tracking wheel.
