Super Straight Cutter Bar

The only Perfectly Straight Large Format Cutter.
Unique design of two extrusions which are nested together to form the heavy rail. It is factory adjusted so that the rail is straight to 0.2mm / 0.008" over its full length.
For trimming materials and panels which are to be butt jointed.

Cuts PVC foamboard up to 6mm and foam centre board up to 10mm, as well as most normal materials.
Five sizes, from 1.1m to 3.1m.

All Blade Cutter Bars use a precision head with replaceable cutting blade. Suitable for cutting most board and plastic materials up to 13mm / 0.5".

Specially made to stay almost perfectly straight over its long lengths. Rail is a large section extrusion with internal web.
Designed for large format cutting, up to 5m. Works well when installed on a Keencut table structure.
Four sizes, from 3.5m to 5m.
