The balancer is suspended from a bolt in the ceiling.
The adjustable sprung re-coil cord is fixed to the tool and carries it's weight.
Careful adjustment allows the tool to be raised and 'parked', ready for the next operation.
It reduces operator fatigue and minimises risk of it being dropped on the floor.

Two models now available, Standard for tools up to 1.5kg and Super for tools up to 3kg. Cord lengths app. 1.2m.

Throw-overs, to cover machines and presses. They protect them from dust which settles overnight. Made from polycotton, seamed all round.

Colour generally green or maroon. 1220mm x 915mm / 48" x 36" app.

Bracketed to the ceiling at a suitable height. Kit comes with two sliding carriers and two end stops. Used to carry tool balancers, for air tools. Add further carriers as needed.

Additional sliding carriers for use with Overhead Sliding Track Kit (Part no. 3163). 2 sliding carriers and 2 end stops.

Big Bench Framers Tables

For the framing workshop, the KEENCUT Big Bench system is available as complete pre-sized component sets to build worktables/mountboard storage units from 876mm x 1170mm / 3' x 4' upwards.

Frames of the tables are made from precision aluminium extrusions, satin-anodised which slot onto joining brackets and are locked with an Allen key.

Mountboard storage inside the table is created with smooth internal base strips of interlocking extruded plastic channels with wire rod dividers.

Work-tops for KEENCUT tables are not supplied. The ideal material for the top is 18mm MDF. Tables are 900mm high.

Components are available in two base table sizes and two extension packs.

Mount cutter supports bolts onto any uprights letting you position your mountcutter on any edge.
