Component fixing machines allow you to fit a wide variety of hangers and hinges to MDF or hardboard.
The Lion Wun Pul is for busy bespoke or contract framers. It's available in hand or air operated versions depending on the volumes you intend to produce. With the Wun Pul you have greatest flexibility for the choice of hangers from Pozzi, Apple Pie inc and AMS, self fix hinges to make strut backs and D rings fixed to the backing board with self piercing rivets.
The Pozzi coil fed machines are for frame manufacturers wishing to apply self fix hangers to backing board consistently and in high volume. Pozzi machines have been used by volume frame manufacturers for many years and are reknown for their reliability and durability.
