The IM-30 powered single blade mitre saw can be an excellent alternative to a mitre guillotine for cutting many mouldings including harder woods, awkward profiles and delicate finishes. Developed and tested over a long period, the IM-300PL is a superbly engineered double-mitre saw. Bespoke and Volume framers will find it offers high quality cuts, fast operation and minimal waste, as well as great value.

• Each blade and spindle is mounted on a lightweight cast and machined arm, counterbalanced by the motor. The pivot point is located to allow the widest possible cut from the 300mm diameter blades. The arm is mounted on bearings for a smoother cut and less wear. Blades travel through a slight arc to enter the back edge of the moulding, which minimises chipping.

• Swing arm movement delivers faster cycling speeds from smaller air cylinders due to the low weight of the arms. Massive box section steel chassis absorbs vibration.

• Cuts mouldings up to 142mm wide, max height 25mm and up to 80mm tall, max width 60mm. See diagram and check with us if you have a special requirement.
