Place it under the glass, centred under the cut line, and grip between your fingers and the glass.

Lion 'GLAS-SAFE'

How do you dispose of glass safely from your framing workshop?

The Lion GLAS-SAFE is a 35" / 890mm tall tube made of engineering plastic, heat bonded to a thick square base for strength and stability.

Lid has a hole through which slides a steel rod with a breaker arm on the end.
Trim your off-cuts to strips of 8" / 200mm or less. Firm strokes with the handle break it up, the lid stops any shards flying out.

Two large handles make it easy to lift it and take it to the bin. The safest way is to line a cardboard box with newspaper, tip in the broken glass and tape the box up. Empty weekly.

Polyester / polyamide ultra micro-fibres, containing no chemicals.

4631 can be used dry to collect dust, damp for cleaning almost any surface, and wet, not dripping, to sponge.

4632 is used to clean glass, after a little water has been sprayed on the surface.

Cloths should be hot washed regularly, with a very low dose of washing powder. Do not use fabric softener.

TIGER ANTI-STATIC CLOTH - LARGE

Lint-free knitted blend of non-toxic, soft synthetic fibre and non-abrasive conductive filament.

Wipe Tiger Cloth gently over the surface. It dissipates the static and absorbs and removes dust particles.

It may last weeks and months - keeping it in a clean receptacle will help it last longer. When soiled, it should be discarded. Washing is not recommended.
