SeaLion DRY MOUNT FILM CLEAR Trial Roll 648m x 5m

SeaLion Dry Mount Film - Clear

50 micron clear PVC film, with a 24gsm coating of strong solvent adhesive on both sides. Each side is protected with a release paper. This is sometimes known as a '5 layer' material.

Ideal for difficult mounting tasks, such as canvas bonding of traditional 'stripped' photos. Use also to mount to aluminium sheet and DiBond type materials.

In use, the release liner is peeled back, exposing a low initial tack adhesive which allows re-positioning of the print or stripped photo without the need of a tacking iron.

For mounting to canvas, use foam to press the print into the texture.

Also for irregular surfaces and mounting to clean metal. May need piercing. 100gsm.
