'Spring-Thingy' Hook Pack of 20

The Spring-Thingy enables an acrylic panel frame to be hung without the need to drill four holes in the wall. Spring-Thingys have special hooks which fit under Stand-Offs.
A wire with loops crimped on each end links to the hooks and is held in tension by springs linked to the other hooks. The picture hangs on picture hooks and the springs pull it flat to the wall.
