When planning a J-Rail hanging system installation, check that you have ordered:

J-Rail

J-rail Max takes loads up to 50 kg/m. It is drilled and you will need to supply your own screws and wall plugs, to suit the wall material.

Square rods

All the rods are app 4mm square. U-top work well, Small G-top fit flush to the wall. Steel are stiffer than aluminium, so don't bow away from the wall when carrying heavy frames.

Hanging hooks

Choose to suit the anticipated weight of pictures. Security hooks resist theft and improve safety. To stop rods being lifted off either order Security Hoods or dual purpose Security Collars.

Hangers for perlon suspenders

Rods can be mixed with translucent perlon suspenders. Also order hangers to fit onto the J-rail and carry the suspenders.
