For random mount decoration using water-colour.Apply to mount with a steel nib pen or similar - a tooth pick, or a Q-tip.Paint over at random with water colour. When dry, rub off the masking fluid, to leave unpainted areas.Try ruling lines with Everest colour, then colouring in the band at random with shades toning with the image to give a most interesting effect. 75ml.
