To assemble aluminium frames you will need to order the Assembly Hardware Sets. These sets consist of:

• Screwed Plates and Flat Plates for joining the corners of the frame
• Bow Springs fit between the backing board and the back of the aluminium
• Hangers either traditional style ‘Euro’ hangers that can be used with wire or cord or much simpler, CWH3 hangers.

Hexagonal mouldings with a lip. Wabil hangers are fixed to the wall in pairs with hardened pins or 4mm screws. Hole is off-centre, so the hangers are turned to level the picture. 4mm vertical adjustment. All app. 22mm dia.

Spacer washers can be used to ensure a neat fit. Frames can be secured with T-screw at base. Depths shown are nominal.

Thin, 3mm gap. For sawtooth hangers. Use where two CWH Hangers are fitted.

Short, 6mm, for profiles such as M-Series M-49, M-50 and M-59.

Medium, 9mm, for M-11, M-15 & similar.
