ALFA MINIGRAF 4 UNDERPINNER - AIR/ 3 Positions 125mm

On the pneumatic Minigraf 4, the moulding is located in back fences fixed to the table of the machine. The whole wedge magazine insertion mechanism is located on the underside, and moves by air operation, between hand-adjustable stops. Twin draw-down air cylinders make the Minigraf 4 very strong and twist resistant. It's ideal for harder woods. Suitable for bespoke and medium volume framers.

With the moulding in place, up to three wedge insertion positions can be quickly set.
Light pressure on the foot switch causes the top pressure pad (with magnetic face to carry circular or L-shaped steel blocks with hard felt pads) and rebate clamp to operate. Further pressure inserts the wedge. A finger applied to the switch arm causes the wedge feed mechanism to slide forward under the moulding, to the other pre-set positions.

Minigraf 4 takes mouldings up to 125mm wide and 80mm tall.
