MINIGRAF MP & MC Memory Programme Underpinners

Minigraf MP

Minigraf MP is for high-end bespoke framers as well as high-volume framers. Its Memory Program technology allows data for up to 5000 mouldings to be entered. The operator then “brings up” the next frame to be produced or scans with the optional bar code reader. The MP will automatically adjust. Wedges can be stacked in unlimited positions. MP is very fast and gives superb joins on all types of wood, polymer and MDF mouldings.

Minigraf MC

Minigraf MC Multi-Channel is the evolution of the MP. The big difference is the five different wedge magazines, carrying 5mm, 7mm,10mm,12mm and 15mm. In the same working cycle, the operator can insert and/or stack different wedge heights in several different positions. Memory Program technology allows users to pre-programme the MC for up to 5000 mouldings. Operator selects the frame to be used, by using the keypad or with the optional barcode scanner. MC automatically adjusts itself and it has no equal in terms of ease of use, programming and rapid frame assembly.

Minigraf MP & MC both come complete on stand and with filter / lube / regulator unit. They offer consistent join quality combined with very speedy set-up and operation, all at a very competitive price. Both need compressed air and 240v electric supply.
