This fits many heavy duty Alfamacchine and Inmes air-op underpinners.
As it comes down to contact the top surface of the mouldings, the soft faces grip the moulding and clever internal ramps and springs draw the pieces firmly together.
For volume and contract framers, it means that the normal rebate clamp may no longer be needed, greatly speeding the frame joining process. It works best on smooth and flat top moulding profiles.
