Double Kraft Faced Backing Board 2.2mm thick – Single sheet for collection from our Birmingham Trade Counter only.

Solid, rigid and strong board, made from two plies of grey pulp, laminated, with brown kraft liner on both faces.

This board has 80% of lignin removed and is non-buffered, with a pH of 6.8 - 7.4 and moisture content of app 8.5%. 1500gsm app. 2.2mm.

Fine for low value art. For higher value art, place a sheet of Conservation quality barrier board between it and the art.

Cuts easily with a knife, on your mount cutter, guillotine or a wall cutter. No formaldehyde, little dust.
