Tesa
We stock a large range of tapes from Tesa including masking tape which is ceam coloured, flexible and self-adhesive. It sticks to itself for easy over-lapping at the corners of frames. The Tesa tape 4341 is finely crêped, self-adhesive, flexible and stretchable. The solvent-free natural rubber adhesive of 4341 offers well balanced tack and adhesion which sticks well to most firm surfaces and to itself. This high quality tesa tape is used by many framers to seal the backs of frames where the backing board meets the moulding. It can easily be shaped into the corners, cuts with a scalpel and has a long life adhesive.
Tesa 4309 tape is an extremely stretchable and flexible self-adhesive paper tape that is ideal for sealing the back of picture frames due to its pliability and high grab solvent free adhesive. It is slightly thinner than the premium 4341 tesa tape, but still with all the same great characteristics. Tesa 4309 is very stretchable which makes it ideal for conforming to the back of a picture frame.
As well as Tesa tapes, we also stock a range of Tesa spray adhesives for a multitude of framing workshop tasks. The Tesa Extra Strong Spray Adhesive is ideal for permanently bonding materials. It's suitable for materials such as fabric, plastic, cardboard, foam rubber, vinyl and leather to each other or to metal and wood. The spray adhesive is handy for box framing of memorabilia.
