Chop Service

Ordering moulding on our Chop Service means that you give us the measurements of your frames and we cut the mitred pieces for you. All you have to do is join them on your underpinner. Or, even better, order chop routed where you'll receive the frame with routed slots in each mitred face - they allow you to join the frame with the supplied dovetail keys, instead of on your underpinner.

• Offer customers more choice. Choose from the entire LION range without holding anything in stock. Chop Service orders placed before 12:00 are despatched same day.
• Don't waste money on offcuts. With Chop Service you only pay for what you need - there’s no wastage to allow for and it saves space. We recycle any offcuts we can’t use so nothing goes to landfill.
