If you've never made a stacked frame before - don't worry, it's easy when you know how.
- Make the inner frame, in this case from St Ives, as you would normally, to fit the artwork.
- Make the outer frame to fit the inner frame, taking measurements from the outside edges of the inner frame.
- Join the two frames together using staples, canvas offsets or bendable plates, depending on the height difference between the two frames.
