ColourMount mountboards

We regret to inform you that the producers of ColourMount have gone into adminstration. Therefore the range is being discontinued. Many ColourMount boards are now out of stock and no longer available. No additional stock will be ordered.

ColourMount mountboard is manufactured in the UK by Slater Harrison Ltd, a specialist paper and card manufacturer with over 90 years experience. The ColourMount mount board range includes Conservation, White Core and Standard boards, which all meet the relevant Fine Art Trade Guild Mountboard Quality Standards.

There are four grades of ColourMount Mountboard, graded using FATG (Fine Art Trade Guild) standards. Conservation board has an acid free core and backing paper. Mounting boards are buffered with a pH between 7.5-9.5. White Core boards have lignin free papers, core and backing papers. ColourMount Cream Core has a white backing paper with over 110 colours of face paper to choose from. Black Core mount board creates a distinctive bevel cut owing to the deep black centre.
