For safely transporting picture frames, minimises risk of damage in transit

Folding inner part is stout fluted cardboard lined with soft egg crate foam. The framed picture is placed in the centre and the inner wrapped around. This is then slipped into the rigid outer case, taped or banded and labelled. Frame should be 20mm less than each box dimension and no more than 44mm thick. Boxes are approximately 60mm thick.
