Normal or Harder wood v-nails (wedges)?
All Inmes v-nails (wedges) are precisely sharpened for smooth and straight penetration of the moulding, allowing the high tension-resistant steel v-nail (wedge) to pull the mitre together.

Normal v-nails (wedges) are sharpened on the inside edge only. Hardwood v-nails (wedges) are sharpened on both edges to counter the resistance of such woods.
