10242 Keencut SteelTrak Extended Cutting Head

Improved twin wheel cutting head for aluminium composite and steel composite panels, designed for the Keencut SteelTrak system

This heavy-duty twin wheel cutting head is fitted with a pair of high-carbon, hardened steel cutting wheels. It cleanly cuts aluminium composite panels (such as Dibond) and steel composite panels (such as Multishield) up to 3mm (1/8"). The improved design significantly reduces panel bending on the left-hand side of the cut, making it ideal for panels destined for flatbed printing.

The twin wheel cutting action allows steel composite panels to be cut safely without sparks, dust, or debris.

This cutting head has been fitted as standard on all SteelTrak models manufactured since June 2020 (serial number U3262 and above).
