Air-line systems in a workshop should always be connected with Quick Release, QR, fittings. PCL is one of the most-used types in UK.

To disconnect any type up to now has required a hefty pull on the connector body, releasing a noisy rush of air which can occasionally be un-safe.

The new PCL SafeFlow QR connectors give a new level of safety and ease of use by releasing the air pressure in the connector in a safe and quiet way. 

PCL SafeFlow QR has a unique and patented two-stage self-venting release making disconnection a simple 2 stage process: 

- First, PUSH the sleeve back. The pressure automatically vents via the body. This prevents hose whip and reduces noise
- Then, PULL the sleeve forward to release the safety mechanism, with minimal effort
