10397 Vacuum Airvac Gun for Cleaning Framing Workshop by PCL

This handy Vacuum Gun plugs into any compressed air line and helps keep the framing workshop clean and dust-free

Using this this no-hassle tool to help keep the workshop dust-free means less chance of ‘bits’ getting into frames and into cold- or hot-mounted artwork. Great also for cleaning up saws and other equipment. Currently, a Blow Gun is often used but that just blows the dust away to different places in the workshop. Dust in a workshop is annoying and can be dangerous.

High-pressure airflow released inside the cast metal casing creates an instant powerful vacuum. It can suck bits up to 18mm. The finger button controls air usage.

A 9.5mm hanging hole, means that it can always be kept handy.

The Vacuum Gun is 144 x 135mm. Air inlet is 33mm o/d and 25mm i/d. Weight 0.457kg. Black finish. PCL QR Connector for 8mm hose, 1364, included.

The tough filter cloth bag is 280mm long with a zip for quick emptying. It can be removed for laundering.

Air consumption 100 l/min / 3.6 cfm. Max air pressure 6.2 bar. CE and EAC marked. Made in Taiwan.

For smoother and safer connection, fit a PCL SafeFlow QR Connector, 10266, to the airline. Advice is to wear dust mask and safety glasses.

Instructions are included for alternative assembly to make it work as a blow gun.

Flexible Hose: 1150mm long. White end 27mm i/d friction fit for Wide Brush Funnel. Purple end 32mm i/d friction fits onto inlet on Gun

Extender Tube: 205mm long. Narrow end 24mm o/d, 20m i/d. Wide end 27.5mm o/d. 24mm i/d

Wide Brush Funnel Head: 120mm long, 60mm wide mouth, friction fit to white end of flexi hose. Also to wide end of Extender Tube. Outlet is 20mm i/d, 25mm o/d

Tapered Nozzle: 117mm long. Outlet is 24mm o/d, 20mm i/d

Very Narrow Nozzle: 75mm long. Inlet is 20mm i/d. Nozzle is 6.5mm o/d, 4.9mm i/d. This can take a 6mm i/d tube, to create a wand which can be slipped into a part assembled frame to remove dust
