Acid-free pulp board with heat activated dry mount adhesive coating

Paper and thin card bonds to it at lower than normal temperatures. Works with most heated vacuum and flat-bed presses. Used for general mounting work in picture framing workshops, display studios and similar.

+ Face has alpha cellulose extra smooth white paper coated with heat-activated dry adhesive pH neutral for long life. Adhesive has a short dwell time of around 20 - 30 seconds.

+ Core is wood pulp, off white. Acid and lignin free, pH 8.0 – 8.5

+ Back has alpha-cellulose white paper liner

+ Thickness: 2.5mm. Sheet size: 1020mm x 810mm

+ Adhesive has low bonding temperatures around 65°C - 70°C to help minimise rippling of the paper and discoloration of inks. 

+ Kool Tack is reversible and can often be re-used up to three times - giving peace of mind and reducing wastage should errors occur

+ The adhesive face has minimal tack at room temperature, helping to minimise accumulation of dust on the surface. Kool Tack boards should be stored flat, covered, at room temperature and average humidity.

+ Easy to cut to size with a wall-mounted blade cutter
