Frame decorations moulded from 'pasta' - a mixture of wood flour and bonding agents.

When heated, using a hot air gun or in a microwave, they become flexible and can be shaped to fit a moulding.

Once in place, you paint or gild them as you do with wood.

Pasta decorations are fragile, but can be re-joined with PVA glue.
