5849 FrameCo MatMaster Mount Cutter 1060B 1000mm

Developed and made in Australia by FrameCo, these solidly built mount cutters offer exceptional value for money.

• Non-warp anodised aluminium baseboard with solid hinged lift-up cutting guide rail, for convenient access.

• Adjustable stop for accurate repeat cuts.

• Bevel-cut and straight-cut heads clip onto guide rail.

• Border width up to 150mm wide

• Right-hand support arm, 520mm, for cutting mount board blank to size.

• Includes Mat Stop and additional production stop. Mat Stop is located in channel on right-hand side and is a separate stop to the slip mat stop. Ensures that board being cut is aligned with the running rail rather than the support arm.

• Most measures in metric and imperial.

• Always read manual and calibrate as instructed.

Supplied with #201 Bevel Cutter, which cuts at 47°, ergonomically designed to maximise your ease of cutting.

• Also includes #101 Straight Cutter.

#1060B cuts board up to 1020mm / 40".

Uses MatMaster Blades (Part no's. 6064 & 6065) and Logan '270' blades (Part No's. 1227, 5065 & 798).

To help set differ the sizes between the inner and outer mounts use FrameCo Double Mount Spacer Block.
