From today, when you order online you’ll see a delivery window of 1-4 days. The same will apply to orders placed by phone or email.
The carrier network is currently facing a ‘perfect storm’ of rocketing volumes combined with shortages of drivers, depot staff and vehicles. Although we use DX Freight to deliver most of our orders, all carriers are experiencing similar issues.
Your goods will often still arrive within the normal 1-2 day window, but over coming months it won’t be unusual for delivery to take up to 4 days. Delays at DX sorting hubs mean we may not be able to track orders until they are scanned at the delivery depot or sent out for delivery. It therefore won’t make sense for us to resend goods until the original order has been unscanned for 5 working days.
Please be assured we’re getting your orders picked and packed as rapidly as ever and are working with DX to ease the issues wherever possible. Placing orders as far in advance as you can is the best way to minimise the disruption you experience.
