Glue and clamp the mitred corners then drill very fine holes. Tap in the veneer pins to hold the pieces in place whilst the glue sets.
These veneer pins are 18g, 1.25mm diameter x 30mm.
Bright steel, un-plated. The 500g box has approximately 1500 pins.
