5139D Keencut Sabre Series 2 Cutter 2500mm

For precise cutting of paper, board and softer plastics up to 13mm. Use cutting mat with textiles.

The Sabre Series 2 offers the same cutting capabilities of the Keencut Simplex but with addition of a baseboard and modular cutting head.

Precision cutting

Adjusted by Keencut technicians to be straight to within 1mm over the whole machine length. Ideal for cutting large materials, make accurate cuts first time and avoid material wastaged.

Integrated cutting base

The Keencut Sabre Series 2 has a lightweight anodised aluminium base with an angled rear edge for easy loading of materials. A silicon strip holds materials securely when clamped.

Self-levelling hinges

Clamp arms feature self-levelling hinges to cater for materials up to 13mm thick. The cutter bar can be lifted to a fully open position so that work can be postioned with both hands free. Reversible blades make the S2 ideal for left and right-handed operators.

Portable

Robust lightweight materials mean the Sabre S2 can be used anywhere with a flat surface to lay it on.

Keencut cutting head

Three blade holders are included as standard:

Graphik, for maximum flexibilty and cuttingin either direction.

Medium Duty, for cutting general purpose materials.

Rotary, for textiles, paper, and other delicate materials.

Option to modify to fit a hot knife holder, sold seperately.

Minimal maintenance

Hard wearing, self-lubricating sliding bearings with a Keencut 20 year warranty means less down time and minimal expense for replacement parts.

Depth adjustment

The cutting blade can be adjusted to the correct depth. If it's too shallow the cut will be incomplete, if too deep the blade will flex.

Optional squaring arm

A 9100mm squaring arm is sold seperately, improving the accuracy of cuts even further.
