197B Aluminium Frame Hardware Standard with CWH3 Sawtooth Hangers 20 pack

Standard two-screw corner hardware designed for joining aluminium frames. Complete kit to join and hang 20 frames.

The plates slot into the profile channel with the screwed plate facing outwards.  The screws are tightened to join the frame firmly.

Included in the pack are Bow Springs to hold the artwork package firmly inside the rebate, and CWH3 Sawtooth Hangers which slot into the aluminium frame channel.

If any frame side is over 1000mm consider using the large four-screw version.

  • Pairs of screwed and flat plates slot into the profile channel, grub screws are tightened to join the frame firmly 
  • Bow springs are pushed under the rebate to hold the glazing, mount and backing in place 
  • CWH3 Sawtooth Hangers slot into the aluminium frame channel so it can hang securely on two hooks or screws 
  • Bumpers protect the wall and allow air to circulate behind the frame 
  • Suitable for all LION aluminium frame profiles and standard profiles from other suppliers
