The U200P is a compact underpinner offering the power of pneumatic operation – and the capacity to join mouldings up to 130mm wide. Expertly engineered in Italy by Alfamacchine, the thoughtful design and very high build quality delivers professional results with ease.

Includes full boxes of 7mm, 10mm & 12mm v-nails.

Double Piston Clamping Mechanism

The double piston clamping mechanism evenly distributes pressure, particularly helpful for working with hard woods.

Extra Large Fixed Back Fences

Ergonomic design for easy control of the moulding, cannot go out of alignment. 

Joins Mouldings Up to 130mm Wide

Multiple v-nail insertion positions allow moulding to be joined up to 130mm wide. No other pneumatic underpinner in the LION range can go this wide.  

Bench Top Design

Allows you to build a bench round the machine to support your frames and optimise workshop layout. Alternatively the optional Floor Stand, 10680, allows the U200P to stand alone - for best results, we recommend adding the optional U200P Moulding Support Wings, 7012. 

Spring Loaded Pull Pin Mechanism

Quickly adjust the top clamp to suit the height of the moulding. This makes it easy to set the machine to different moulding profiles, reducing the capacity for error. Suitable for moulding up to 80mm in height.  

Dual Function Foot Pedal

For separate control of the clamping and insertion mechanisms, allowing you to check the join before inserting the v-nails. You will need a 24L compressor, 10586, for bespoke framing or a 50L compressor, 10587, for higher volume workshops - plus an airline kit, 10589. Contact us for advice.

Unique Power Twist V-Nail Driver Assembly 

Provides trouble-free operation up to 1 million cycles. Switch between v-nail sizes in seconds. The U200P uses Alfamacchine’s Power Twist v-nails which have a patented tapered shape to pull the join tightly together.
