How is Aluminium Moulding Cut?

A double mitre saw, fitted with special blades is the only way to cut aluminium mouldings safely. For volume production a lubrication system is required. As a result most framers will find it easiest to order on our Chop Service.

Moulding Chop Service

Aluminium mouldings are usually ordered as 'Chop'. We expertly mitre cut the mouldings to size and send them to you, ready to join. There is a small additional cost for this service, but you have the moulding supplied ready cut and with no wasteage to consider.
