The 25mm gap between the first rebate and second rebate acts as an integral spacer.
Fix the object or float mount the artwork. We're using uGlu tape to fix this small place in place.
Measure the artwork and set your Morso to cut to the second rebate.
If you order this moulding on our Chop Service, we'll cut to the second rebate.
After joining the frame measure to the first rebate and cut a mount and glazing to fit.
Drop them into the frame and fix with points.
Fit the artwork into the second rebate. Fix with points. And finish the frame.
